vivo X100 Series debuts in China

The vivo X100 Series has just been unveiled in China. Following the footsteps of its predecessor, the vivo X90 series, the X100 has received its share of photography, performance and battery enhancements.

The vivo X100 Series features a new dedicated 50MP ZEISS APO Floating Telephoto camera, while the main camera has been upgraded to the new Sony IMX920 sensor from the previous IMX866.

All rear cameras of the X100 Series meet ZEISS T* coating certification standards. This newly upgraded T* coating results in clearer, purer, more authentic images.

Furthermore, it also features vivo's V3 chip, enabling support for 4K Cinematic Portrait Video recording offering enhanced versatility and playability.

The series also introduces the newest flagship chipset from MediaTek, the Dimensity 9300, which is present on both the X100 and X100 Pro. The phones also have a larger battery capacity with 5000 mAh and 5400 mAh and 100-120W FlashCharge for the series.

Similar to its predecessor, the X100 rocks a large circular camera module positioned at the center of its back panel with the iconic ZEISS blue logo.

According to vivo, the design of the series draws its inspiration from star trails, resembling the romantic Milky Way in space.
