realme Mobile Legends Cup is back for its 8th season

The realme Mobile Legends Cup (RMC), the largest and longest amateur Mobile Legends: Bang Bang tournament in the country, returns for its 8th season. Registration is now open for teams eager to showcase their skills in the national esports arena.

Last season, realme offered a prize pool worth one million pesos, crowning Z4 Esports Pegaxy and Smart Omega Empress as champions, with the latter making history as the first champion of the RMC’s inaugural Women’s League.

As an official partner of the Philippine Esports Organization (PESO), the winning team joined the qualifiers for the International Esports Federation World’s Esports Championship in Romania.

Season 8 welcomes all-male, all-female, or mixed-gender teams, officially starting with on-ground qualifiers on May 25, 2024, from 10 AM to 1 PM at the SM North Edsa Annex Event Center.

Teams must battle for a spot in the quarter-finals in June.

In order to join, teams must have five players aged 15 or older, with minors providing written guardian consent. A dress code applies for playoffs: shirt or jersey, pants, and closed shoes.

Registration is open until May 25 at 1 PM at bit.ly/RMCS8RegFormSMNE.

Drop by the booth at SM North EDSA and enjoy activities plus a chance to meet Top MLBB Player John “H2WO” Salonga. Fans can also get to experience realme’s latest products, including the realme 12 Pro+ 5G and purchase devices on the spot.
