Dyson has just released what might be the most luxurious headphones yet in the Philippines. Built primarily with aluminum, the Dyson OnTrac is a bold statement in both design and engineering.
We got to experience it firsthand at their launch event—and these headphones do not disappoint when it comes to style, features, and sound quality.
What immediately stands out, aside from the slightly larger build, is how well-crafted everything feels. Every detail screams premium—Dyson clearly didn’t cut any corners.
The earcups are precision CNC-machined and feature a unique locking mechanism. Just twist counter-clockwise to detach and swap colors. If you’re into customization, you’ll love this.
The ear cushions are super comfy with a soft, velvety finish—and they’re removable, too. Dyson will offer replacement earcups and cushions, though they’re expected to arrive in the Philippines around August 2025.
Another surprise: for a relatively large pair of headphones, the OnTrac doesn’t feel heavy on the head. Sure, it’s a bit heavier than usual, but the weight is so well distributed that it still feels great to wear.

Now, these are headphones from an appliance brand—should they even sound good? Honestly, yes. My initial impression: they sound incredible. Stay tuned for our full review!
And of course, Dyson didn’t forget about noise. Known for their quiet appliances, the OnTrac takes it further with active noise cancellation that blocks out distractions and lets you stay in your zone.
Battery life? Up to 55 hours—which is wild for any pair of headphones.
Would I recommend it? Definitely worth checking out in person. Dyson’s pop-up event is happening at SM Megamall Fashion Hall until July 27, 2025.
The Dyson OnTrac retails for PhP 32,900.
Also, don’t miss their Upgrade Program at the event. Bring in your old fans, vacuums, hair dryers, or purifiers (any brand!) and get discounts on Dyson products on display.
If you’ve been eyeing a new Dyson device or just curious about what they’ve been up to—this is worth a look.
