Insta360 launches GO Ultra in PH: 1/1.28-inch sensor, 4K60 video, expandable storage starts at P24,490

Insta360 has just made the Insta360 GO Ultra official in the Philippines. Following the strong reception of the Insta360 X5 just months ago, the brand is back with another bold release.

The GO Ultra is designed as an all-in-one camera for a wide range of users. Whether you’re into action shots, lifestyle vlogging, travel, content creation, or simply capturing family moments in higher quality.

It features a versatile magnetic mounting system, giving you plenty of creative ways to use it. You can snap it onto the Action Pod (its case), a magnetic tripod, pendant mode, a cap, or pretty much any metal surface.

When detached from the Action Pod, the GO Ultra can still record independently using its shutter button, gesture control, or wirelessly via the Pod. The Action Pod itself doubles as a 2.5-inch flip-screen wireless monitor, making it easier to frame your shots when filming solo.

Under the hood, the camera now packs a larger 1/1.28-inch sensor (compared to the 1/2.3-inch sensor on the GO 3S), boosting low-light performance. It also supports 4K at 60fps for sharper, smoother footage.

Another major upgrade is expandable storage, a step up from the fixed internal memory of the GO 3S.

For outdoor and adventure users, the GO Ultra supports Apple’s Find My, helping you locate the device if it gets lost during filming.

Battery life has also seen an upgrade now rated up to 70 minutes standalone recording, and as much as 200 minutes when paired with the Action Pod.
