Reelist8 has officially launched in the Philippines, introducing a DOST backed fintech platform that uses AI to help address the country’s need for affordable housing. With its system in place, qualified Filipinos may soon secure a home with as little as 0.5 percent equity.
At the core of its ecosystem is PropertyAuctions.ph, an integrated platform that helps buyers discover and win below market value deals through real estate auctions. Another key component is Buildin.com.ph, an all in one project management tool that instantly converts floor plans into priced takeoffs for contractors and designers.
Leveraging on these platforms, Reelist8 aims to solve common challenges faced in the current real estate landscape. Buyers can use AI powered tools to get accurate market value estimates, find better priced properties, and navigate the process more intelligently.

The launch event at Acceler8 Legaspi in Makati City featured a discussion with celebrities who have firsthand experience in different aspects of real estate. Anne Feo, Alma Concepcion, and Ynez Veneracion joined the panel moderated by Reelist8 COO Borj de Borja, sharing insights and the common pain points faced by buyers, sellers, and service providers.

Ynez Veneracion recalled her experience as an actress trying to sell a property, only to encounter pretend buyers who took advantage of her hospitality and were more interested in spending time with her than making a real offer. Anne Feo and Alma Concepcion also shared their thoughts on how the industry can improve, saying platforms like Reelist8 can help create a fairer and more supportive environment for everyone involved in the homeownership process, from sellers and buyers to developers and contractors.
That vision ties directly into what Reelist8 aims to achieve, according to CEO Marianne Dela Cruz.
