Building on the success of the Pad 6, Xiaomi has introduced its most powerful tablet to date—the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra. However, the company currently has no plans to release it outside of China.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is reportedly powered by Xiaomi's self-developed 3nm flagship processor, the XRING 01, which promises top-tier performance. According to Xiaomi founder Lei Jun, the tablet is designed to handle demanding tasks such as professional content creation, heavy-duty gaming, and intensive multitasking.
Although the XRING 01 has yet to undergo real-world testing, initial benchmark results suggest it performs on par with current flagship chipsets like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
Key Specifications:
- 14-inch OLED display
- Slim and lightweight: 5.1mm thin, 609g
- Large 12,000mAh battery
- 120W fast charging
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra also supports a range of accessories, including a stylus for creative work and note-taking, and a magnesium alloy keyboard with a built-in trackpad. With these features, the tablet is positioned as a productivity-focused device capable of replacing a traditional laptop.
