HP doubles down on AI at HP Elevate 2026, unveils new AI PCs and solutions

In past years, HP has consistently centered its annual HP Day events around one main objective: helping people work more productively through better technology. At this year's event, rebranded as HP Elevate 2026, that mission remains unchanged, but the approach has evolved to reflect today's increasingly AI-driven workplace.

At the event, Ida Evina Ong-Co, Managing Director of HP Philippines, discussed the next phase of AI adoption in the country. She emphasized that the challenge is no longer gaining access to AI, but enabling it to work seamlessly within everyday workflows. Guided by HP's "For Your Best Work" vision, she highlighted how organizations can translate AI into meaningful outcomes for both employees and businesses.

Reimagining work experiences in an AI-Powered world

"AI adoption in the Philippines is no longer a question of if, but how quickly organizations can translate it into meaningful outcomes," said Ida Evina Ong-Co, Managing Director of HP Philippines.

The sentiment was echoed during a fireside chat by Jobstreet Philippines Managing Director Dannah Majarocon, who shared that 36% of organizations in the Philippines have already integrated AI into their regular workflows. As a result, companies are increasingly looking for employees with AI competencies, with 72% of organizations now seeking AI knowledge among candidates.

In response to these shifts, HP is focusing on creating a connected ecosystem that brings together devices, print solutions, security, and services through HP IQ. The goal is to reduce complexity and enable a more seamless and productive work experience.
